I have had a total knee replacement ten weeks ago. According to my consultant and physio i am making excellent progress. My knee is naturally still baby swollen and bruised and i have a lot of shooting pains in my knee and lower leg which i am told is nerves settling down. Can anything help to oliviate these symptoms. Im a fit 69 year old man and i work.
