In the Kitchen there is a wall where the plaster has dried and is crumbling, this needs to be knocked out and rebuilt. Walkway outside leading to front door is tilled, some of the tiles have come away leaving a hole, this needs to be filled and if tiles no longer avail fresh concrete laid.
