There is a list of jobs we need done, fairly urgently, as we have family coming to stay and the cold has set it now. This is what we need: The central heating control system fixed. The boiler safety check run (and a safety pipe in the boiler sealed, as the person who installed it neglected to do it). The radiators checked (the one near the boiler doesn't seem to work). The two en-suite bathrooms on the middle floor fixed so that they don't smell. On the top floor toilet, the cistern needs to be connected to the mains so that it doesn't leak. Thank you!
