I am looking to change my existing conservatory into a single storey extension but then knocking down the wall between my front room and conservatory making one large open space. This will require a beam as it is a load bearing wall for the back of the house. Would really like to know if this can be drawn and how much it would cost. I would like it all signed off by building control if possible also.
