Hello there, I am looking to extend my end of terrace house in Tunbridge Wells by 3m long. Although I am aware that there is no need for planning application if you are within 3m, I will need some drawings showing the extension as I have a sewer that crosses my back garden and the extension will be a buildover. Wondering if you undertake such works?
