I am in the process of applying for access to work grant in order to get me to and from work and I would be grateful to receive the following information from you. My address is Innox Road Trowbridge, my place of work is County Hall, Bythesea Road, Trowbridge. I work 3 days per week, Wednesday Thursday and Friday, hours of work 9am to 5 pm, 4 pm on Friday. Please supply quote for this journey to include any tax and administration costs which I will then forward to DWP. I would be grateful if you could please send this information via e mail.
