I'd need a barrister to represent me on my Final Hearing divorce. Husband opposing divorce. I have sufficient proof such as police records of domestic violence and doctor's letter to back up my reasons for divorce. Husband refusing divorce but told by the Judge on the first hearing that the divorce is happening regardless what he thinks.
