I have chronic back pain. I have experienced sciatica and im worried I can feel it coming back, this along with the back pain in already dealing with is a nightmare. I also have arthritis, was badly injured and made disabled in a car accident. I have fibromyalgia. Im looking for abit I'd relief from the constant back pain. I was thinking maybe 45 minutes concentrated on my back and sciatic pain.
