My name is Brenda Bennett, I am one of 40 plot owners who own land on Glebe Farm Welsh Road Cubbington Leamington Spa. We are looking for a surveyor to give us a quote to carry out work to identify the boundary area of the land approx. 2,20 acres . Also once we are sure of our boundary we would like to have this land taped off. It has come to our attention that the land we own is being used by people that may be trespassing. We are hoping to apply for Planning for residential development in the near future, so we need to get a survey done first. I would be grateful if you could help us and give us approx quote for this work to be carried out. I have a copy of the plans which was issued by the Land Registry. Thank you for your time.
