Closed Car panel respray

BH21 6, Three Legged Cross, Dorset
BMW e 46....rear arch repaired, and rubbed down. Needs painting and laquring. I guess a metre long from rear light to just under passenger door and half metre high, from number trim to half way up the panel to the crease...... I've tried it myself, but the laquer bloomed......
