A small start up business in design based in Malton requires someone to look after the accounts to comply with HMRC regulations. we can do the bookkeeping but we need an accountant to submit annual reports and PAYE reports to HMRC. The company employ one person - the Director - who is on a small wage - Dividends are not taken out of the business.
