When is the event to be held? Where is the event being held? Is there a back of house/ kitchen area we can us to prep? Would you like canapes, finger food or bowl food? Or maybe a mixture of 2? Would you like hot or cold food, or a mixture of the 2? Do you have a budget in mind for the event. Even if it isn't exact, a rough idea would be great so we can advise as to what would be best for you to stay within budget. Thanks very much
