There has been a small leak in the bedroom ceiling. It has damaged the plasterboard and plaster affecting approximately half a square metre. The ceiling is approximately 2.7m high. There is also a small area (200mmx100m) of plaster that needs repairing in a wall pprcimately 3m above floor level. Finally there is a small area of render and plaster (100x100 x 20mm deep) that needs repairing at skirting level on the kitchen.
