My husband is terminally ill, I have a lasting power of attorney, he is from Cyprus, came to England in the over 50 years ago, we have a plot of land in Cyprus on his name, he wants our son to have it, I think our power of attorney will not be valid in Cyprus? Can we get it stamped so that this can be done? My husband is unable to write anymore, he had limited speech, that why I have the power of attorney, an early response would be much appreciated.
