Cost of a temporary re cemented / re fixed crown and then the removal of one 5 unit bridge & three separate teeth and to then fix two 3 unit bridges to either side of my top arch, one of those 3 unit bridges to replace the ancient 5 unit bridge and the other in place of 3 long suffering teeth, that need to also be removed. Any help, advice and reasonable quotes please..
