Loft is already converted and is accessed by ladders at present. Looking to have staircase fitted as follows: 1000mm Diameter Spiral Staircase Remove door & frame to master bedroom, make good & set aside for reuse Build partition in master bedroom to form staircase enclosure including skirting, tape & filled ready for decoration Remove door & frame to bedroom 3, make good & set aside for reuse Build partition in bedroom 3 to extend hallway for new entrance into master bedroom including skirting, tape & filled ready for decoration Slap opening in block wall for new doorway to master bedroom Refit doors to new openings in master bedroom & bedroom 3 Supply Spiral stair kit Form new opening in attic floor, complete with bridling of joists as required. Infill existing opening Fit new spiral staircase Supply and fit timber balustrade at attic opening
