Closed PS4 Repair

I took my PS4 apart to clean the fan. In doing so, I took it apart a little more than required, and in putting it back together, managed to put it together incorrectly. I have some left over screws. Due to this, upon turning on, it now won't read discs, and the fan goes crazy when i load up a game. It then says it's over heating, and turns off. How much would it be to get this looked at, and possibly repaired without parts, assuming mine are all working correctly?
