We are currently experiencing a small issue with our combi boiler. The gas flame doesn't ignite the first time (or on a lot of occasions, the first 4 attempts) so we are having to constantly restart it. Obviously that's not great when we are wanting the heating to come on when we are out of the house and the boiler has gone in to "please reset" mode. Might this be something you are able to help with?
