Physio therapy for my neck and shoulders fell through a roof 15ft in height and suffered a cracked skull and a clot to the brain also a cut which severed my stomach wall. I feel that i took the impact of the fall to my shoulders and neck which is hurting to my spine i know its muscle damage and i would like to know how much you charge and the length of time it would take. thank you Chris Northall
