I am looking for quotes to scaffold two gable ends of a period property. This property is adjacent to a public through-way and the gable end overhangs this passageway. I do not know if I am to contact the local council, to assure permissions ? The opposite gable end is on the clients property, and causes no complications. I am looking for quotes, for three weeks, please.
