i have neck and between the shed [right blade and spine pains..i was with Mr Booth at university osteoporosis but that facility has been cancelled at the NHS . I am looking for regular sports massage or phsio type massage for spine and neck..i play golf do gym and dance , these areas stiffen with terrible pain think its due to tightening of muscles or swelling in some ..
