I volunteer for the Petts Wood & District Residents Association as community liaison. This year I am organising a summer ball on 26th July for 160 local residents; business owners and counsellors. I am looking for a toastmaster to meet and greet guests at the drinks reception (6:30 pm) announce dinner (7:30) and possibly speeches. As a voluntary project I have very limited funding but can offer some PR in our monthly gazette (which goes to over 3,200 households; a write up and link to our Facebook page and a good opportunity to network with local people in a venue which offers wedding services.
