Closed German mantle clock & Victorian mantle clock repair

I have a victorian German mantle clock. It chimes on the half hour and hour. It currently runs for a couple of minutes then stops. To my knowledge it is not over wound. I also have a Victorian mantle clock which should chime but doesn't and has recently stopped working. Can you give me a rough price for a service and to get them working? Thanks.
