Closed Gutter & Downspout Installation & Repair

We are at 9 west street cromer, white cottage next to lizzies veg shop. I have a small gutter problem on the front (over the street). One of the brackets supporting the gutter has pulled away from the facia. I have an extendable ladder so have been able to take a look but it is not tall enough for me to attempt a repair. I am looking for a repair which I guess is straightforward and may mean moving the bracket along a bit? Thanks
