Closed Garden maintenance

I am looking, at the moment, for a one-off hedge-cutting, lawn mowing/edging and borders 'digging over and tidying up' in my back garden. It is medium-sized and flat, with one rectangular lawn, 7ft hedges around 2 sides, and borders around 3 sides. I currently have a gardener, but he hasn't been for a while. I would like to know your hourly rate and whether that includes removal of the trimmings and weeds, as well as when you might be able to do this. This would normally take my gardener around 3 hours. Thanks.
