Closed Amplifier Repair old NAD 304 amp - circa 1994/95

I have a NAD 304 amplifier and the power light stays red - basically safe mode - it should turn green when powering up - reading up it looks like it just needs 2 resistors replacing on the circuit board (r333 and r334 I believe) but I don't have the know how!
