Closed Clock & Watch Repair

Following a battery replacement, the watch suffered water ingress and was placed with FH Hinds for repair, I asked for a water test also. The internal workings were replaced and pressure tested but within a year and under their warranty, it started to loose time. I returned it. Now they say I got it wet and it is my fault. The watch is a Movado Ferio tungsten/sapphire with water resistance to 30m. Hinds argue that it should have had the gaskets replaced although they did not do this when it was serviced (as advised by OEM) They refuse to help. I need a local company that does not use the same horologist as Hinds as they claim I have been swimming in it. Something I did many times in the past before my stroke. I cannot swim now and they are just causing me stress. PLEASE, I need a repair for my watch and am prepared to pay for repair along with a report of what is found. Michael Davey
