Mount an existing 32 inch Tv onto the kitchen wall. Connect this TV to an existing aerial already erected in the loft of the house. The cable to be routed to the nearest window frame (approx 5Ft ) through the window frame' up the outside wall through the roof facia into the loft and connected to the existing aerial.
