Heel pain.... Diagnosed as plantar fasciitis awaiting orthopaedic appointment but in severe pain already taking naproxen and using heel straps and advised exercises but no improvement at all....been advised by doctor to have 5 days rest ....tried that but no improvement is there anything else I could try ?
