We wish to erect a Skinners timber shed to store 12-15 bikes to one side of the forecourt to a block of 12 flats at 10 22 Antigua Close, Sovereign Harbour, BN23 5SZ. Measurements are 2.4 metres deep by 5 metres long and usual height. The council and the freeholders are sympathetic to the concept subject to further details of our proposals and any necessary planning permission. There was previously permission for two timber bin stores on the site but they were an eyesore so both were pulled down and were replaced by just one brick built store on the footprints of one of them.
