I have a picture of a sunflower with a stem which I would like to get on my left arm below my thumb. I’d like it to be about 2 inches long with yellow and green colouring with a quite small brown outlining on the petals. I was hoping to find out what the charge would be and what artist, if there is more than one, would be best suited to designing and tattooing it. Thanks Katie x
