Closed Window Tinting

I have a Peugeot 208 3-door with the rear windows tinted. They are so dark they are almost black. I would like a lighter tint on the windows, so that it is easier to see through them, particularly at night. How much would it cost to have the old tint removed and a new lighter one applied?
