Closed Fridge/Freezer Repairs

I think a new thermostat is required. The fridge light comes on but the fridge is not as cold as it should be. The freezer fan is working, but whilst it is currently keeping the already frozen food frozen, it is not freezing new food properly. Could you please quote me a price.
