Hi, searching for a guy or gal that is willing to just install an exterior tap for me with a valve inside to shut it off in winter. I know its not a big job and so many plumbers don't want to do it just because its so simple and its really so unfair. Can you help? I am looking to have it done in August hope to hear back from someone. Ellie
