Closed TV Repair

I have a Panasonic Vieira Plasma TV. I had it 10 years. It won't switch on and I am getting the 2 red blinks repeating fault signal. Left it off for 24 hours and tried 60 second power button held in as described in various forums on Internet but same problem. This fix worked last year. Can i assume fault is on power board and at most it needs repair or replacement of some all power board? Or is it irreparable? I am aware of low value of old tvs. What quote to repair as above? I will be in market to replace but like the plasma tvs now unavailable.
