Rented property got flooded from apartment above had to move out into a hotel for weeks had no help from landlord or council even though it was a council property that flooded my rented accommodation.. I live on my own and work part time the council got me temporary accommodation and now state i have to pay poll tax on both properties.I need help badly to recover my hotel fees and compensation for what both landlord and council have and still are treating me.
