Hi, Please can I have some information on biochemistry screening. I have a diagnosed allergy to Balsam of Peru, however I have many food intolerance/allergies (non anaphylaxis) including tomatoes, mustard, avocado, egg, prawns...and more! These all point to a histamine intolerance, however I feel there is probably an underlying issue that I would like help with. Many thanks Nicole
