HI, I have a small old Terrace that needs the under floor joists replaced ( floor is wobbly front room ) and stairs fixed ( rotted) along with a new kitchen and some damp fixed . Could you provide a quote to fix these issues. I also require painting internally externally ( paint to be stipulated a weather proof paint , Fitted wardrobes and floating floors once joist - wobbly floor fixed, skylight ( conservatory very small in side passage next to kitchen about 2m x 2.5 brick walls either side) plumbing for washing machine installed.
