I'd like a cake for my husband's 50th birthday at the end of July. It is only for immediate family so doesn't need to be huge. I'd like chocolate sponge with buttercream icing, lacto-free and with as low a gluten content as possible (no potato starch which is in most gluten-free flours). I'd like a cycling theme in black and yellow. Can anyone help please?
