We are currently in the process of purchasing a property in Mablethorpe Approx 40 x16 ft [not including attached garage.] 58sq m Could you please give me a rough estimate for a budget habitable 30 sq meter conversion ,lined . with fixed staircase , bedroom with 1 light .1 double socket, and probably a wall window at the end of the house May need truss removal [i haven't been in the loft ] Tank to go ,all compliance etc The bungalow is 60's brick construction with a high apex tiled roof
