Just moved to Perkinsville, Chester Le Street. My wife wants to learn to drive and has never driven at all before. We returned from Hong Kong last year. Her English is okay but needs a patient, confidence-building instructor who can communicate clearly. A female instructor would be good but flexible in the hope of getting going during the better weather.
