Looking to build a 4 bedroom 1 1/2 storey house with a sunroom. Similar to the Fyfe style at Ladysbridge Development (you can see the design and sizes on their website). The site is in the Banff area, as yet we have only put in a noted interest as want to ensure we can build cheaper than we can buy. We will provide the house kit so the price will be kit erection through to completion.
