Annual and half annual accounts for submission to our regulator, FCA, tax both corporation and personal and payroll. I addition the directors have Childrens Trusts one of which is for a the fund grows by reason of investments managed through an insurer but there is no income and as yet no expenditure but HM Rev still requires a Trust form to be completed and I am not certain that I understand the question let alone answer them correctly! We currently have an accountant but where we have deadlines he is always on time but only just and we find ourselves in 'limbo' waiting for him to react to the figurse given monthly on income and exopenditure. The FCA report is made by me showing the figures fro the annual/half annual accounts. I look forward to hearing from you James B Smart.
