I am looking for a quote for plans and calculations to be drawn up for the following: - Replacement of conservatory with single storey extension roughly 3m x 4m (and opening up of wall currently dividing dining room and conservatory, to create a kitchen diner) - Division of existing galley kitchen into utility room, WC and hallway using stud walls - Possible removal of chimney breast in dining room (already partially removed).
