Hi there, I require 4 hours hire of a Hall within 3 miles of Chigwell/ Woodford green, on 1 September. 1-5 pm for my daughters 1 st birthday party. There will be approximately 40 adults and 20 children attending. I would need access to the kitchen in the Hall. Please can you send me prices for the above. Thanks, Alpa
