looking for a dentist who will visit a woman who has Multiple Sclerosis and is unable to get out of her electric wheel chair so visiting surgery not possible. she has dropped her upper and lower dentures and run over them with her wheelchair. the upper teeth plate is intact but the 5 front teeth are dislodged. the bottom plate is smashed in half and the two pieces do not fit snuggly together. she needs a travelling dentist who will visit her to make new teeth. are you able to refer please. thanks Brenda Fathers Chair person MS Swale.
