Will writing service. I am a 75 year old widowed man wanting my current will to be changed to fit my new circumstances. I have very little savings (about £2000), but own my own house, worth about £180,000. My major concern is that upon my death, my inheritance is split on an unequal basis between my stepdaughter and step granddaughter. I want my granddaughter to receive £70,000 more than my stepdaughter. This reflects a currently unpaid loan that I made to my stepdaughter. I would like my brother to be an executor.
