Closed Carpet repair, iron mark

Repair to carpet ,a hot iron was dropped on the carpet in the lounge, leaving an iron burn mark in a small area, the perfect shape of the iron. It is not very deep and hasn't gone through to the underlay. The carpet is beige in colour and medium pile. We have the same carpet throughout the bungalow, so could use a piece from an unobtrusive area (ie under bed) to repair it.
