Stop drinking would help. I have been this way for many years I tried to kill myself 7 years ago and never won't to go back to that place. It's hard for me at the moment I have not worked in 2 1/2 years as bad accident and was in wheelchair for 2 years now want my life back. I need push to work but can only stand for 2 or 3 hours and walk about 500m hope you can help.
