Closed Shed base renewing

I need to replace my dilapidated 8x6 shed...and the base beneath. Because my garden gets very wet, esp. in winter, the shed is raised up about on 12 "sleepers and then sits on concrete slabs. The sleepers need replacing or with something else that will raise up the shed. I can get lots of companies to deliver and fit a shed, but no one seems keen to replace the base/do the groundwork. Any takers?? I live in Middleton.
